The Consumer Purchase Act
SPART applies the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 932) and the Distance Contracts Act towards consumers. As a consumer, you thus have all the rights mentioned in these laws, including a three-year right to make a complaint if you can prove manufacturing defects. In the event of a delay in products, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase if the new proposed delivery time is not accepted. If an advance payment has been made for a product that is delayed, you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase and the money will be refunded within 20 days. The Purchase Act

VAT
All prices in EU and Sweden includes current VAT.
Exports of goods outside the EU mean that VAT is deducted on delivery. The recipient country's VAT and any customs duties are later imposed by each country's post / customs office.
Information about previous and current purchase
If you have created an account at SPART you can log in to our website at any time to see ongoing and previous orders.
Payment
We offer secure payments via Shopify Payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna. You can pay directly, via invoice, or split the payment.
Delivery
Fine Posters and Photo Prints: we will normally ship your order 4-7 days after receiving your order confirmation. During high loads or holidays, longer delivery times may occur. If your order has not reached you after 14 days, and the delayed delivery is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel your order. Parcels should be collected with a valid ID within the time specified in your parcel notification. You will always receive a notification showing where and when your parcel can be picked up. Notifications can be sent via email, regular mail, phone call or text. If your parcel is not collected (normally within 7 days) and is returned to our warehouse, SPART has the right to charge you a fee of 180 SEK/18 Euro.
Returns & Complaints
Always contact us before returning an item. This also applies if we have sent a faulty or incorrect item to you. Regarding complaints and warranty matters, SPART is responsible for the shipping cost back to our warehouse. As a private person, according to the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, you have a 3-year right to make a complaint. You can read more about returns here > Return Policy.

Pricing
The current prices on the website cancel previous published prices and offers, which means current prices apply. We reserve the right to intermediate sales and price changes beyond our control, as we may be forced to increase prices. Our goal is of course to always show correct prices.
Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.
Defective delivery & transport damage
We always make the complaint if the goods are damaged. If you discover the transport damage upon receipt, you must have the shipment sent back in delivery and then contact us immediately, so that we can add a new order to you and make a complaint to our shipping partner.
Visible damage to the goods must be reported immediately upon receipt at the place of delivery. Goods damaged by transport must be reported to the Post office on the day of arrival. Hidden transport damage must be reported to the Post office within 7 days. Should something else go wrong in your delivery, contact us via info@spart.se and we will solve it immediately.
Order Confirmation
It is important to make sure you have filled in your correct email address as this is where we send your order confirmation after your purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation, contact us via info@spart.se.
Customer information
SPART is responsible for the personal information you provide to us. This information will be used to maintain our customer relationship and for marketing purposes. If you want to make any changes to the information, or be removed from the register, contact us at info@spart.se.
